Jan 8, 2015

The Miramar Jets men's basketball team went to overtime with visiting Palomar, before falling to the Comets 72-66.

Mike Jones led the Jets with 17 points. Dor Tut and Drew Peterson added 10 points & 8 rebounds each, to the Jets' effort. Miramar's 17 missed free throws would weigh heavily in the loss.

Palomar's OT win is the 8th straight single-digit loss for Miramar MBB. The Jets next go on the road to Mira Costa, for a 5:00 pm game this Friday.

Consistent with the mission of San Diego Miramar College, Miramar Jets Intercollegiate Athletics will strive for academic and athletic excellence by offering model programs that fit the needs, interests, and abilities of our male and female student-athletes.
