Jets women's water polo locks up four wins in six matches

The Miramar women?s water polo team was busy playing 6 games, the week of October 13-18.

Wednesday October 15th: Win over Southwestern College, 10-2. Natalie McCann scored 4 goals, Rachel Meserve had 5 steals, and goalie Darci Self had 12 saves.

Thursday October 16th: Loss to Saddleback College, 11-8. Natalie McCann scored 4 goals, Alicia Foresman had 3 steals, and goalie Darci Self had 11 saves.

The Lady Jets then played in the Citrus College Tournament:

Friday October 17th:

Loss in overtime to LA Valley, 9-8. Natalie McCann scored 4 goals, Kerrie Riley had 4 steals, and goalie Darci Self had 10 saves.

Win over Rio Hondo, 17-8. Priscila Saenz had 4 goals, Rachel Meserve had 5 assists, and goalie Darci Self had 11 saves.

Saturday October 18th:

Win over LA Pierce, 17-9. Natalie McCann scored 9 goals, Rachel Meserve had 7 assists, and goalie Melanie Carrillo had 10 saves.

Win over East LA, 9-4. Alicia Foresman had 3 goals, Prudence Graves had 2 assists, and goalie Darci Self had 8 saves.
