Blake Seits

Bio

As Athletic Equipment Attendant alongside Marco, Blake ensures that our athletes have the necessary tools to succeed both on and off the court. He manages the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of athletic equipment, guaranteeing that our teams are equipped with top-quality gear. In his role as Sports Information Director, Blake also oversees athletic communications, including website management, statistical reporting, and the creation of media content to promote and highlight Miramar Athletics. Blake is also a seasoned athlete and scholar. He began his basketball journey at Miramar, where earned spots on the All-Conference First Team and the All-State Academic Team.

Continuing his academic and athletic pursuits at California State University San Marcos, Blake earned his Master's in Business Administration and was awarded the Graduate Student of the Year. As captain of the basketball team, he led his teammates to victory in the CCAA conference tournament, earning the Tournament MVP title.

Post-graduation, Blake played professionally in Germany and Luxembourg before returning to Miramar College. Leveraging his experience as a student-athlete, Blake provides unique insights and a deep understanding of the needs of our athletes, ensuring that our department continues to thrive.
